Troon Allotment Society – Treasurers Notes

 Full Plot £35    Half Plot £25     Quarter Plot £20

(A one of Membership fee of £5 is payable along with the initial plot fee).

Annual plot fees are due by  15th January 2016

If not received by 30th Jan 2016 it will be assumed you no longer wish your plot and will be allocated to next on waiting list.

We would request you leave your plot tidy and remove rubbish

Following general open meeting of Troon Allotment Society held at South Beach Hotel on Tuesday 8th November 2011, a proposal from Treasurer and committee was put to those present that all plot fees will be increased by £5,which was unaminously accepted,  for the year 2012, as discussed at 2011 A.G.M.

The new fees come effective from 15th Jan 2012 (new payment date as adopted at 2011 A.G.M.)

It is assumed that if payment is not received by that date then you you no longer wish to retain you plot and will be given to next on waiting list by 15th Feb

If giving up please advise South Ayrshire Council with a copy to our Secretary Liz Fisher ASAP
